CONVEYING UNIT
We have four major types of conveying units. Each of them has different conveying characteristics and field of use, though all of them has same function to transfer bulk material from one point to other point.
SCREW CONVEYOR [TUSC] / [THSC]
• Used for transport grainy, powdery and semi-solid material with low conveying capacity.
• Recommended maximum inclination is around 35 degree.
• Suitable for hygienic operation and short distance transport, around 1 to 6 meter.
• This type of conveyor has mixing effect and good metering function.

Variations :
-
Casing Type : Tubular [TUSC] or Through [THSC]

CHAIN CONVEYOR [DCHC]
• Used for conveying grainy material with medium distance around 4 to 50 meter.
• Not suitable for hygienic operation and fragile material.
• Maximum inclination around 15 degree.
• This type of conveyor can be operated in heavy-duty area and has medium conveying capacity.

BUCKET ELEVATOR [BUEL]
Used for lifting powdery and grainy material vertically. Suitable for semi-fragile material and moderate hygienic operation. Typical lifting height is varied around 4 to 40 meter.

Variations :
-
Discharge Type : Gravity Discharge or Centrifugal Discharge

BELT CONVEYOR [THBC] / [FTBC]
• Used for transporting highest possible material volume and longest distance, which may cover from 6 to 200 meter belt length.
• Suitable for grainy, semi-solid material and fragile material, with limited use for powder.
• Suitable for hygienic operation with some measures.
• Maximum inclination around 25 degree, depends mainly on the belt profile and conveyed material characteristics.

Variations :
-
Configuration Type : Flat [FTBC] or Through [THBC]
