DUST COLLECTING UNIT

Dust collection can be used to capture dust or powdery materials, such as flour. There are two different collecting method, dry-based and wet-based. Cyclone Separator and Pulse-jet Bag House are dry-based, where Wet Scrubber is wet-based.

CYCLONE SEPARATOR [CYCL]

• Used for separate dust / powdery material from air, with medium collecting efficiency, around 85%.
• Use centrifugal forces to separate material and air, which means doesn't require any filter unit.
• Suitable for pre-separation which aims to capture most of larger size dust / powder from very dusty air.

APPLICATION : Powder Collecting, Heavy Dust Collecting, Saw Dust Collecting, Drying Air Dust Collecting

PULSE-JET BAG HOUSE [PJBH]

• Used for high-efficiency separation process of dust/powder and air, around 99% collection efficiency.
• Depends on the filter specification, the filtered air can meet clean air standard around 10 to 20 mg/Nm3.
• Suitable for filtering low to medium dusty air, where very dusty air can be pre-filtered with cyclone separator before entering pulse-jet bag filter, to avoid quick blockage.

APPLICATION : Powder Intake Aspiration, Grain Intake Aspiration, Welding Fumes Aspiration, Saw Dust Aspiration

WET SCRUBBER [WTSB]

• Used for medium-efficiency collection unit, around 90%.
• Suitable not only for capturing dust/particle, but also cooling down hot gas temperature, neutralizing acid gas (NOx / SOx) and reducing odor from gas.
• Captured products will be dissolved in water, which should be further treated when necessary, as waste water.
